Congratulations and Congratulations!

Well Done to All.
Well as the title says congrats to all A level students! And to my friend who got into uni! Woohoo. Sadly I wasn't a A level student but an IB person, or a person with no life. Ok, making this a really really short post because all I wanted to say was omg, yes thats right, omg; the picture my friend, lol. Congrats on blessing us all with your find... congrats all around! (I swear I didnt smoke anything!). And whats better than sharing this excitement than a good music video? Ok, who else laughed? But I think they've come along way since then (no?).

Memory stick and Trekkies

As I’m soon to be on holiday, and will most likely be deprived of an internet connection for a week, I’ve decided to do my blog now. Tomorrow (being Thursday) I will be getting my exam results, and seeing whether its off to uni, or one more year of 6 form, to be honest I don’t mind either, I have plans either way it goes so all is well.
Just brought a new memory stick for my camera, also to be used in my PSP while I’m away, cost me over £30 for it, mainly so I can get it in time before I go away, after discovering I can put some of my old Playstation games on it. But oh well, money well spent considering a Sony one costs about double for the same thing. Don’t worry, I wont go into a rant about pricings, and how people in the UK have spend a lot more money for things than the rest of the world, I’ll save that for another time.
Having read my friends post about his… odd food habits I can’t say I’ve tried his diet just yet, mainly because I haven’t heard of them before. But no doubt he will tell me when I see him, know then, as the title suggest I’m going to be babbling on about star trek in this one, more specifically enterprise (the most recent series, no longer making them though). I was watching an episode the other day and of course my eyes were drawn to one Vulcan crew member in particular, played by the lovely Jolene Blalock. So I decided to look up what other things she’s been in, or done, and I’m very glade I did, you’ll see why in the picture of the week at the end of the post.
Well that’s all for now, but I’ll have a new post tomorrow updating you all on my exam results (getting them tomorrow morning), then we’ll see what the next year will entail.

Small Update - I have my results, and I have been accepted into uni =], should be fun.

Ramen and Coke

Your Lunch!?

For some reason I find myself again writing in the early hours of the morning, though this time the endless skirmish between the insects and myself seem to have been replaced by the sound of screaming cats in the background. Well strangely enough I feel like talking about my lunch today (god its sad, but admit it, your gonna read on because your interested what was so god damn good about my lunch to write a post and ignore writing the anime news). Well, as the title states it was normal ramen, beef flavor to be specific, with a can of coke for a drink (I gave up trying to reword that sentence to make it sound interesting). Nothing special, but oh man, when they are your two favorite things... just... Anyway, getting to the point, today I decided to work at my lunch and so I setup a bowl, with chop sticks, and plugged my PS3 into the 42inch Plasma HD screen and watched a stack of shows that had been piling up since the prior week: Code Geass, Grey Anatomy, Naruto Shippuuden, The Unit and Mnemosyne. So why am I telling you this, well you can call it a learning experience that I would like to pass on to you: call me sad, call me lame, but I suggest that you try at least once a week to make your lunch something special (as I've proved, it doesn't have to be expensive). Ok, fine, I have to be honest, I had three bowls not one (I was hungry dammit).

Epilogue:

Wow, I've come back to edit this post and sweet Jesus it needed some major rewording, guess it serves me right for writing in the early hours when instead I should be sleeping. Well making this a short entry, I'll leave you people with some interesting trailers I found, two movies that hold great promise: Terminator Salvation and Watchmen (by my favorite director).
